Ceiling Insulated with 50mm Summit XPS insulation underneath the old ceiling.
Install 100mm thick KNAUF ceiling insulation in the roof on top of the ceiling.
Total insulation with ”R” value of 4.17
New cornices and down lights installed.
Wardrobes remodeled with African Wenge.
Walls and ceiling coated.
